Are your technicians qualified?

Yes, all of our technicians are qualified, police checked, licensed and hold a current working with children check.

I've lost my keys! Do i need new locks?


Our technicians can re-key your existing lock cylinders to a new key, ensuring that your old key will no longer work. This saves money and ensures peace of mind in the event that the keys have fallen into the wrong hands.

Our house was broken into, what should I do?

The first thing you should do is call the police.

We can replace or repair any damaged locks and re-secure your home. We have friendly technicians who will discuss your options on how to further secure your premises to reduce the risk of another emergency situation.

Can I get all my locks working from one key?

In most situations, yes. Our technicians can advise on the most cost effective way to do this.

I'm locked out of my home/car/office, can you help?

Of course.

All of our technicians are trained in the latest non-destructive entry techniques and equipment and can usually get you back in within minutes of arrival.

Do you offer a warranty?

All workmanship is covered by at least a 3 month warranty from the completion date with the exception of strike alignments.

Strike alignments cannot be covered under warranty due to the uncontrollable and unpredictable nature of their causes. However, we will always endeavour to repair the problem in such a way that it will reduce the likelihood of a reoccurrence.

What are your payment terms?

All jobs must be paid in full on completion unless prior arrangements have been made.
